    She wont be able to finish your work on time .. even if she finished, it is not a job well-done .. at least not up to our satisfaction.. just like us .. she MIA for nearly two months despite CASE kept calling & sending letters to her!!! Then now she replied ..

    Any kind soul out there, Please advise the steps to take .. reported the U&B case (FXXXXXXX) to CASE. She replied to CASE that she didnt returned to the office at Sungei Kadut for more than 2 months.. thus will reply by 26 May .. Let keep our fingers crossed... Also informed CASE that she called us to demand balance payment .. think should really go to small claim to claim for compensation .. haiz .. Just suay to bump into this kind of "insane" woman...

    That is really very bad .. i didnt know that she owe suppliers money also .. i only know that she owe the workers and owner's hard earned money ..

    Dear Victims of U&B, Just to let all of you know that Florence called and demanded balance payment after missing in action for more than two months.. ignoring the various letters from CASE to close the matter.. she even got the cheek to say "why not have the face to demand balance payment from you " Your house is complete what ... All bull****.. grout lines not lay properly .. doors didnt installed.. two patches of paints .. carpentry not done properly, didnt paint the door gate etc and still dare to demand balance payment from me .. she didnt even complete my house in time ... I am sure she will contact me for balance payment again .. should anyone want to contact her, please PM me .. i am most glad to gather everyone to meetup with her. . By the way, she is still contactable .. currently having two mobile phones ... two of them that was previously used by her .. there wasnt any changes at all..
