Hi Froggy, I'd recommend for toilet roll holder it's be good to drill it permenant since you already engaged a contractor. Especially it's something that we will tug at often. Very pek chey to 1 day when we pull, the whole roll drop on the wet floor ... when we most need it. Not that we will shift it's location anyway, unless we shift the toilet bowl

Actually depending on the scale of reno that we are doing loh. If just some kitchen cabinet etc maybe even 3~4 weeks can be done. Yours have to hack down walls and revamp into a swee swee kitchen will definately take longer loh. Most important is your Kitchen will be nice! And we get to taste your delicious bakings =P

Hi 15May, Bear's and mine layout is different from yours. our main door is on the further wall from the kitchen while your door is just beside the kitchen. Our Electric box is on the wall furthers from the kitchen. ... ah I dono how to explain in words. hehe. Just visit Bear's house and you will see.
