Hi Renovation contractors: We would like to find a contractor to do renovation to our home-to-be, a 9 yr old resale hdb 4 rms flat. The key collection date is 24 June 2010 and we want to do renovation immediately after we had the key. The flat now is in a very simple condition and we want to do renovation to the whole flat except that we want to keep its ceramic floor untouched. The renovation mainly involves: 1. whole flat wall painting; 2. two brand-new bathrooms; 3. all bedroom doors replaced with new ones; 4. all windows changed to new ones; 5. new kitchen (either wholy new or do some touchup to the original carbinets); 6. customised wardrobe 7. some plumbing or pipe job; 8. change water heater and all three aircons; 9. some interior design (e.g., TV wall, lighting design), not luxurious, simple and elegant.
