Hi, Anyone bought lights from JB before?? the prices seemed reasonable for the LED lights. I've checked around in Singapore and the lowest was from lightings.com but JB got more variety and prices are cheap too! just not sure about the quality. Looking for some recommendations on where to buy from in JB.

some updates. FInally managed to cancel my previous ID and get back a partial refund. (they insisted we had to pay for the 3d drawings which they outsourced!!). But anyway signed with a new ID and the job is getting done much faster. Below are some 3D preview.

you have to make alot of noise and no point reporting to RADAC cos they will just ask you for black n white evidence of the ID firm agreeing to a refund or proof that they are unable to fulfill the contract. I had recently terminated an ID services as the 3D designs were way off and resulted in a delay in my reno. In the end managed to get back my deposit minus the costs for the 3D drawings. in your case, perhaps you can let them do the minimum (maybe just the flooring) and ask another ID to do the rest of the work. Do go and study the contract that you signed to make sure that they dun state that you need to give them a "minimum amount" of work.

ya... we still at the 3D design stage. nothin has been done yet. However, read in the clause that we need to pay 20% of the contract value if we decide to terminate their services. Anyway just chose the tiles, so pending minor 3D changes before start work. (No trust, so have to ensure 3D as accurate as possible so got something to fall back on)

your LED downlight is 4 x 1w?? Bright enough? I ordered a 3 X 1W LED downlight from china but scared its not bright enough for the living room and MBR

ya... but what to do? deposit already paid. and if wan2 pull out, need to pay them 20% of the contract. I think the ID tried to help. But nt up to our expectations. =(

Hafary quality so lousy?? my ID was highly recommending their tiles.. I guess i will take a look at the Builder Shops. btw, anyone got ideas for a MBR toilet? Totally no idea on how to do it, especially when there's a standalone bathtub. again... no help from the ID, have to rely on RT... haha
