The space for our common toilet shower area was super narrow too. So we have to move the door to further right. Gotta hack & erect some parts of the wall to move the door. The only 5room layout that comes with big toilets are those units directly facing west sun; the corridor with only 2 units (4rm w/o corridor windows & 5rm)

Yes, Simei, altho small, is a shark ground. Dunno why. We viewed around 30 units in Simei over a period of 9 mths before buying our current house. Many of the units either have 0$P$ written & painted over along the unit's corridor walls, or a few storeys above/below them. At Blk 15X, there were 2 Ah Long units - one above & one below the unit that was being sold. We were desperate & immediately offered $45k COV. Now that we think about it, it's good that the agent sold to his direct buyer who offered lower COV. Couldn't imagine how unsafe it'll be for our kids, esp. the girls. For most of the units that we were keen, we went around asking the neighbours about the unit's occupants or if there're any Ah Long house around. We also went up & down the stairs to see if there were any painted-over O$P$. Just to be extra careful...

Oops... didn't take note of that...we were only concerned with the max height limit. Bought the fans already!

All wrought iron gates will rust rite? I rem my previous one for 10 years rusted quite badly esp at the joints, plus it was in white, so largi more obvious. But why 'a rusted gate does not do the job'? Still can be closed/opened rite? Someone recommended low carbon stainless steel gate - won't rust at all. But not very presentable, dun u think? Do u know where I can find S/S gate?

Hi bro, I've read in the forum that for KDK A11YS baby fan, one will only get the wind if one sits directly under the fan. Is it true? So if the fan is in the middle of the bedroom, beds & tables at the side of the wall, then we won't feel the wind?? You've lobang for KDK fan? Do PM me. Thks very much
