    hi all i've just completed my reno with Iz. All i can say is that i am very very grateful to have Iz as as my contractor. His price not the cheapest that i've got but his service was definitely superb. i was staying in during the whole process of renovation and he try to make the place as clean as possible for me to live in. Every single day he came over to my place to clean up after his worker left. This is what he said to me " no amount of money can replaced the satisfaction i saw in my customer face". 2 thumbs up for Iz. i am very comfortable with him till we have become friend. Thanks BBW for the good recommendation. will post my reno picture.

    hi bbw, Iz brought us to your place on saturday to look at the worksmanship. my wife like your kitchen very much and your kids so adorable especially the younger 1. so chubby lol. too bad you/re not at home when we were there. want to ask you more bout Iz. your wife told us that he's a nice person and very helpful. hopefully he will treat us the same.

    hi all, i've decided on a contractor and tomorrow he will submit my reno loan for me. Will be using RHB bank. Do any of you guys know how long does the bank need to approved my loan? many thanks in advance.

    met up with Iz again last night. me and my wife really pleased with what he offer us yesterday. he will apply bank loan for us and now waiting for the bank loan to be approved to start our reno. by the way, do any of you guys know how long it takes for the bank to process and approved?

    hi contractor lim, i've just gotten my 5rm flat at woodland. i want do everything in my 2 toilets, my kithcen cabinet ard 23ft, tall unit at kitchen cabinet, solid surface top, concrete sink support, cabinet and fridge base, plumbing work for kitchen & 2 toilets, window & window grills for whole house, lay wall tiles at balcony parapet and wrought iron gate. can giv me a quote base on all that?     hi all i've just got my 5rm flat and now looking for id/contractor. quite a headache for a 1st timer like me. don't know where to start. i just need to do some minor reno on m house. 2toilets, kitchen cabinets, window & grill, piping $ revarnish my main door & 3 bedroom doors. how much it gonna cost me? do i have to look for id or contractor? pls advice. does anyone have any good & reliable id/contractor to share. pls pm. many thanks.
