Hello lilithfiend, don't mind i ask some noob questions? Having box up the pipes is nice, but does it mean if required to access the pipes in the future for HDB checks, does it mean you need to hack them? Why did you choose the vent fan at the WC area over the tub area? btw: I love your tub! ps: can pm me the cost of the vent fans+ installation? thankews.

Hi vinzbiz, I would recommend you to make an appointment with him as well, then talk over the table and specify your requirements. I faced a similar situation previously as I waited for some 5 weeks, he did explained that he will be tied up till mid June. Nevertheless, Henry referred me to his partner, Mr Goh. Just met up last Fri, now waiting for his quotations. Hope this helps.

Just to share: Visited the Hansgrophe showroom along M.Sultan. A knowledgable Sales Executive was nice and patient to explain the ranges and the products they have to offer. Was told that all the products are from Germany and that their 25% discount would last still 25th July. No packages, basicially 'Ala Carte', pick and choose the items you required.

My 2nd Appointement would be ard mid- Aug. Probably somewhere at that time. Ideally to be completed before christmas. Hmm, wondering if GSS is better than Xmas/ NY sale? Any inputs?
