VISTA POINT! Got a small wet market, shop and save and any other kind of shops u can think of for ur daily needs. 2 food courts there but after eating almost on a daily basis for a year I am kinda numb to the taste. Took me 7 months to wait for someone to enjoy the splendour of our neighbour, tell u the lunar lantern festival go check out the park and U will lurve the place all over again.

Hi Gingar, I did not change the toilet bowl as the condition is ok, give u some tips lah. HDB do not have any more tiles similar to your toilet tiles so when u check for defects this weekend do note down the number of pieces that chip off esp on the those tiles with design, thy will definately hack off and replace, if u wan to buy ur own tiles then u jus spent money on the tiles whereas the hacking and workman ship will be absord by town council. So do u find the MBR too small with odd corners we hack off one bedroom to enlarge the MBR so effectively we are sleeping in the otheroom with half the MBR converted into a walk in wardrobe and the other half is where we place our MBR TV. If it's the same Mr Lee that attended to us then it will be good cos he is a responsible fellow with good follow up. Wow u are a great customer, how can u not submit the defects that is like the mus do. Even the sink and toilet bowl color mismatch also can insist to change to something similar, we manage to secure a ID before we got the keys so the Defect list was done by our ID.

Hi Gingar, I staying 58+ ya most of the unsold in 58* are EAa. When I went for the walk in in May last year there are 6-7 units unsold for my blk now all sold out already. The unit close to the park only have low floor and we opt for our current unit because it was the highest floor left amongst all (6 floor). All the EAs layout should be the same and I have pre reno pics of my unit in my blog. Glad to have u on board future neighbour.

no use calling case, I called up case purely because of the delivery issue I encounter with winter (same comp as Red apple) and I cited can the consumer refuse delivery of a item once the delivery date has been miss several time and the answer is no I will still have to accept the item even if its one month late. Wat consumer can do is not to accept the order if its wrong and only pay up when eventually the correct item is receive. Anyway they wont offer a refund but u can exchange for another item of similar value but they will charge the item as per the original selling price and not the package price, I customised my study table and was quoted $1500 but later whan I wan to exchange they quoted me $800 and include a whole bunch of stories.

the tables I bought are still in good cond but the fabric sofa abit out of shape already and we are not even in the heavy build cat.
