should be veneer, cant sae for sure which is better but my place are renovated for over 2 years already and all the capentry are as good as new. knowing her I am certain she dont take on project base on the overall cost but rather how many projects she already have on hand and whether she can handover on time.

Quick check, if the measurement of my balcony is length 12.13ft * height 3.93ft = 47.67 sq ft and if I was quoted $6.5 per sq ft, is the final cost 47.67 * $6.5 = $310?
