Hi, mysweetlittlethings: I have read all your posts, very nice unit. I got many ideas for my EM flat, which has exactly same floor plan with you. Just one question. Regarding the wall of wash area, towards to living room, have you hacked? They are 'solid black' walls in your original floor plan. I though these 'solid black' walls can not be hacked. Could you clarify? thank you.

Hi all, I'll collect my keys next month, and I plan to do 'partial' renovation for my EM flat. What I need to do is 1. build a NEW toilet in the 1st floor, since there is only a washing area (not toilet) in flat now. 2. polish marble (living room) and parquet (bedroom). 3. wall painting for whole house. 4. build L-box ceiling **** room. 5. Change facilities for two toilets in 2nd floor. 6. polish (or build new) two wardrobe in bedrooms. 7. some extra things still under considerations. I think a contractor is appropriate to above works. I have searched this forum, I find that i should be very careful to choose contractor, after reading some unhappy stories. If you are pleased with your current or previous contractor, could you PM their contacts to me? It'll be great if I can have your name (say, Mr/Miss xxx) so that i can refer to. Thanks a lot!
