dear all, my 13 months old baby loves music as in, when he listen to rock or high tempo music, he gets very happy and starts to tap his feets and shake his whole body ( very comical ). i was thinking of bringing him to music or play school where they can use music or songs to let him enjoy and stimulate him... any suggestions?

depends on yr budget oso. my last house, i got very very bad " xi zhao " into my MBR and kitchen window and i m on the highest floor somemore. as the hse come prefit with windows, i din want to waste it by changing, so my window people paste those films on it. as the window pane is brown, after pasting the film, it looks kinda bluish ( quite nice ) can block out the heat and light intensity but hse do looks darker.. maybe u can try those huperoptik or 3M solar film. there is a group buy for huperoptik in forum. go check it out, maybe can get good deals... strength is power

dun think the electrician will do the plastering for you. if it is just very small area niah, maybe u can go hardware shop buy those putty to smooth over those rough patches but must have have good hands to smooth it nicely.. else if u intend to paint house, maybe can " cham siong " with the painter to help u patch for free...

u mean whole house or certain walls oni ? my contractor quote me 2200 for whole house ( 146 sqm ) wall and ceiling. i dunno can consider cheap or i kena carroted. u can oso search classified, or those companies dat does painting...
