i tried 2 companies, mrs sparkles and eunike living. mrs sparkles does regular and adhoc cleaning. eunike living definitely does adhoc cleaning but i'm not sure if they do regular cleaning. mrs sparkles is very professional. i have hired them 3 times for adhoc cleaning. there was once the job was not satisfactory (the cleaners missed a few spots). i gave feedback, and 2 supervisors came immediately and recleaned my home. i think that the cleaners were all either singaporeans or malaysians. in between, i hired eunike living. they use only environmentally friendly products which was why i decided to try their cleaning service. the place was not as clean as expected. but that was not the reason why i didn't rehire them. i didn't reuse their cleaning service because they left the floor of the whole house wet (not damp but wet). after my experience with mrs sparkles, i expected the floor to be dry so that when i inspected the place, my dirty feet wouldn't leave prints on the floor. eunike living is a small company. the 2 bosses are also part of the cleaning team. since the bosses thought it was acceptable to hand over the place with a wet floor, i didn't ask that they dry it. but i won't hire them again.

hi. again, i'm recommending uncle william. my husband just asked him to install more ventilation fans (now i have 4 in my home *palms face*). william showed my husband how to smell-proof our 2nd floor hdb flat, and gave him heavy duty double-sided tape. but that is a different topic. why am i recommending him? i have recommended him twice before on this forum and i still do. i like that he uses ONLY good cables and switches. he showed me the difference between low quality and quality cables. quality cables are thicker, last longer and (i think) withstand a higher current. i replaced a switch myself for an electrical outlet. he checked it and told me i bought the wrong switch. that plastic switch can melt down and he gave me a better switch with some metal parts. because of that, i always call him for minor electrical works after i moved into my new home. all for a very reasonable price. thumbss up! i like the assurance that the cabling in my home is not slipshod since poor cabling can cause fires, and my home is newly renovated (1 year). his number is 91501952. he is not my relative or friend, and this is not an advertisement! if you have any electrical work done by him as a result of this post, please share it here.

i recommended an electrician in an earlier post. recently, my husband engaged him to fit a few exhaust fans. he did a very good job and the pricing was very reasonable. please call him (william 91501952) if you need a quote. i dare say you won't be disappointed with his work. he did the wiring for all the places my husband and i have lived in, and we've never been disappointed. try it!

i moved to a new home so i asked mydecalworld to customise stickers for a few ceiling to floor glass panels. quality product and installation for cheap! don't take my word for it. i asked around and their quote is substantially lower than others. highly recommended (again).

i'll like to recommend an electrician, william 91501952 my husband's parents and siblings engage william for their electrical works so we asked him to do the same for our home. he uses only quality wires, switches and cables. responsible; able to give 'guarantee' for his work. quality comes at a price. his quote is not the cheapest, but not expensive either. highly recommended. please give feedback here if you engage him.

Tried MyDecalWorld to decorate several windows, ceiling beams and walls with customized decals. Highly recommended! Very cheap, very good, very professional. Last but not least, very patient (changed artwork several times). Except the proprietor doesn't tend to reply to emails from company email address.
