  1. totally agree. Why did u choose this ID anyway? Any proof he stole ur LED TV? If u wrongly accused yr ID and put his details up, u can get into some trouble. Maybe he is already getting a lawyer to sue u. So do be careful.
  2. U shd put polyuretherene (varnish) to protect yr floor. If u don like gloosy, u can choose matt.
  3. Lawyer, unlike ID, do not give quotation. So it very hard for consumers to compare or source for competitive price. What is the typical legal fee lawyer are cgharging buyer now? Are most lawyers still able to work well within the $2500 given by banks? How much is typical? How much is cheap?
  4. Yr kitchen is very interesting. Cement sink support + wooded skeleton for the other part + wrap in black granite top & white laminated door. Morden and strong. This kitchen is going to stand the test of time.
  5. When u mop with normal (dish or floor) detergent, u leave some detergent on the floor when it dries. I hope u're using those leave-on or no-need-rinse floor detergent. If u feel that ur sole (feet), is dry/ cracking, u may need to change to a milder formula or use detergent only on alternate days.
  6. Nice floor, looks like a piece of mirror under bright light. Does the light from your white wall in yr living rm changes color? Yr black kitchen top cabinets ... u did not do Up until ceiling? Dust will settle on the top part over time. I wld also suspect Bglas gave u recycled poles. They are too expensive to be allowed to do that.
  7. Some random tots to share; The slit window at the kitchen is good but yr hubby cannot ambush u anymore. Is this a new condo? I see lots of bay windows, which 'new' developers like to use to 'eat' up space. U got nice, unblock, permanet view over looking the pvt housing + occasional free show from that man bathing.
  8. Gimz, yr photos were great. Clear shots and showed all the impt details. solid.
  9. Fridges are on for 24hr a day and everyday, shd be better to go for energy saving models.
  10. Using concrete skeleton seems like a good idea. U still can 'wrap' it up with solid surface and wooden doors to give it a 'morden' look. Would it be cheaper and longer lasting than having wood skeleton all the way?
  11. You can revarnish the door with Nippon/ICI. Revarnish puts a layer of PU on the wood and protects it against water/rain, on top of that you can choose to change the color of the door.
  12. Well said. Unfortunately, most ID are not on the owners' side, even tho they are collecting 'professional/consulting/project management' fee from owners. Owners still have to work closely with and against them to prevent short changed.
  13. $50K sounds like a lot to me. But if that is the mkt price than its ok. HDB market is still hot; even Mr Mah was also surprised by its strength.
  14. Hi Yvonne, nice kitchen, kindly pm me the contact for your carpenter. Thanks.
  15. Almost useless. It becomes 'one more item' to clean, that's all. But somehow it has become a pretty std item in morden kitchen ... successful marketing by kitchenware vendors.
  16. Hello Bro, looking for Fanco FF9 for living rm, pls pm contact. Happy to buy kopi.
