Hi Maybe u can share ur exp after u called them? What was the result of checking. Hope they fix it for you on FOC. Else, gain city is bad at service after installation.

I am not defending gain city, i am just sharing my experience. I am just sharing that i got a good exp with gain city, while u were not. I am not related to gain city or what ever, i am just a home owner who soo happened have a good experince with gain city (for the aircon). Yes they did explain pipe size to me and showed me how the drainage pipes are inclined (they used tools, very easy to read). Why this things is not possible, it only took them 5- 10 minutes to do so. I will post the pic of my air cond installation result. Anyway, lets not turn this thread into useless threads. Note: This is my exp during installation of air cond. Not after installation. Soo, i dunno how good are they on service after installation. I hope is good, and i hope my air cond will running fine.

Well, my experience was totally opposite. Basically they treat me well and put the aircon nicely for me, as what you have describe about coolserve. My installation just done on 17 August 2010. they came at 9.30 am, and finished the work at 8 pm. They asked me how am i going to run the pipe, they also recommend me their way. they have a very quick lunch, explain to me all the material that they used according to my receipt, explain different type of pipe and size. After the installation, they use they tool to show me that all the pipes drainage are level properly to avoid leaking and explain to me how to use the aircon + remote control + advice to clean the filter every month. After all this, i will use them again in the future and will recommend to friends. You just got a bad case, and i believe not all coolserve's customer have a good experience like u did, if you know what i mean.

Well, i believe Gain City in general is good however there will be always several technician that dont care with workmanship. I just installed my air con (gain city) it was smooth. I was there the entire time, watching them and they are friendly. All was done nicely. Trunking was done properly as well. Soo, we as customer must play part as well. For TS case, i think ts can claim back from gain city

Buy by my self. Its cheaper that way, and its fun sourcing those items. I got those from gr link, jalan besar. Price and service are good for me.
