Where to find a good selection of cheap n good rugs besides IKEA

As Samsung is the leading brand for lcd tv and led tv, I bought a Samsung tv. Still happy with it. First, Best Denki guys came to deliver. They were good and friendly. Then they handed over the form to accept the delivery. I signed it and they the very next moment, they turned and walked out of my house immediately. I have no complaint but they were really fast! One week later came the Samsung installation guys. There were 3 of them. The leader told me they will explain to me the functions of the tv etc etc. The other 2 guys were doing the mounting on the wall. The leader handed me the form to sign. And I signed it quite immediately. It just happened that the other 2 guys have finished their installation. And the next moment, all 3 guys trooped quickly out of my house. The leader seem to have totally forgotten what he promise earlier. I dunno whether this is a tactic employ by delivery/installation guys. I suggest if any form handed to you, hold on to it for as long as possible. Make sure everything has been done before signing it.

What brand of light bulb do you use? Those common in the market are Powerpac, Osram, Philips and IKEA. Which ones are better and better-priced?

IKEA has a good selection of lightings. How do you compare them in terms of price n design with those found at shops at Balestier etc?

Is it cheaper to make curtains at IKEA? This means I have to measure the dimensions myself and give them to IKEA.

I have a question for all those who have used Legrand switch covers. Is the installation of the switch covers via 2 small holes/screws? I am changing 1-gang x 6 no, 2-gang x 2 no, 3-gang x 1 no, heater x 2 no - 11 no. My contractor charging me $55 for it ie, $5/switch cover.
