new pipping will be install by ur new aircon contractor is part of the package.. Run pipe 1st before tile ur wall ..if not they might have to hack away ur wall tile to make way for water pipe. ur ID should be able to advise you this kind of thing.. aircon installation usually 2 trip 1st trip run pipping 2nd trip install compressor and fan coil

got to agree nova sales tactic is the worst. Always push for deposit and tell you offer for weekend also..cant guarantee the same price if you dun buy today.. but it seem their every weekend got offer one leh.. pushy, pricey and unreliable

u must get the correct drill... masonry drill (homefix or hardware shop have) less than iirc is about $8 for a good one.. Some structure like beam are harder not sure can be drill
