Then Chew will give a quotation and I can also get quotation from contractors with the design. My dad attracted to Chew due to its constant advertising and big company status. We all know the advertising fees must come from somewhere.. but what to do.. they like, I try my best to deliver. Het, well, if your ID can provide all 3D drawings for free.. Why not? I pm you liao!

THe most serious defect is a hole in the common bathroom ceiling. We suspect maybe electrical heater location is leaking- have to check. Eh.. you need carpark transponder or not? Just got Master Hui Jie (Huimaster.com.sg) for audit of my home. Funny thing is he does it only on MOn-Fri and there's a night session at 7-9pm and I got that! No choice, I am getting my keys on thursday and friday is the only day Master Hui is free before flying off for overseas audit. Now I have to go buy portable lights to light up the place during the night. Also, I've signed up with Chew Interiors to produce 3D design for the house for $1500. Will be expecting it to be good since I'm paying for it. Will let you know later whether it was worth paying $1500 for design by Chews.

No. Means I am just paying for the 3D design of the whole house. Not taking those renovation package that includes the 3D drawings. Then I can ask them to quote me and since the design is mine, I can also go around and ask other contractors to quote.

The Sales Designer who attended to me sounds ethusiatic and he is willing to show me one of his completed projects. I just paid $1.5k for full 3D design (iterations until satisfied) as he sounds quite confident of his own finished product. I'll see how it goes. Paying $1.5k to see full colour of SD is better than signing a full reno package contract and then discovered otherwise.

Still waiting for it to TOP. Now BCA is still inspecting the site. So probably end of this month will know result whether TOP approved or not. if it is approved, i'm sure it will take at least a month to inform and let people collect keys..
