I'm married to a beautiful lady, whom I have a lovely daughter and an adorable dog with.

Together with my MiL, we're moving from her HDB to a new condominium.

Have been browsing the forums for months but decided to register and join in the conversations.

Will need advice and views as we're getting the keys to the place soon.
