    That's quite reasonable. My friend just renovated his house. Think the contractor quoted him around there too. He did try to find supplier but end up ID contractor have a better offer.

    It wont be hassle to find any trade. Just that you have to prepare for any necessary coordination work and negotiate with them on the cost. cost and quality of work may be the only concern.

    Fire rated door is kinda expensive which highly subject to size and the hrs of fire rated.
