I'm doing the contra (3 parties will shift on the same day). But if we move to the new house on the 2nd appt date yet has to vacant my flat before 10th Aug, that's mean, I really have no place to sleep.. Err, I mean, I need to vacant my flat for my buyer to do her inspection (that means, no bed to sleep after that) So, what should be the right procedure?

Our 2nd appt was been fixed on next month. But we are not told by HDB or agents sides on when to vacant the house. And where are we staying at before the actual 2nd appt. Let say, if our 2nd appt was fixed on 10Aug, we know that before 10th, we will have to vacant the house & do the inspection to ensure other parties have also vacant their houses. So when will that date (who will fix the date for us?) and where are we staying after vacant the house? Very confusing.

No, it's not "Mao Ding" on the window there. I'm very sure it's not complied with HDB standard. Just that, I'm worried HDB will passed them during last month inspection and the owner will not do anything since they had passed the inspection. Well, I will check with them on our 1st appt to make sure they change it. If HDB passed them, I will then feedback to HDB about this before we really suay suay become they scapegoat..

Hihi, I need advise : - The inspection had been done last month for both my SOLD flat & BUY flat, ours has passed. But the flat that we bought, the window 'nail' is not qualified during our ownself check on the day we signed OTP. Not sure has they passed the HDB inspection. If pass, then we will not be liable for any window drop off? Or we will still be penalised even the HDB had pass the inspection. (We did not ask our agent on this issue after the HDB inspected both our flat). What should we do if HDB had really pass the inspection. Should we go ahead to request the seller to replace the qualified 'nails' on the window?

As of the above enquiries pls ~ tks! Heard that HDB will give us the whatever balance of the 50% cash from our sold flat and we have to settle ALL payments during 1st appt & not on the 2nd appt?

Now, dicussing with my hubby on the 2nd hand car issue & our current car issue, need advise : - 1) Our current car is OPC - hope to convert to normal plate car 2) Is manual gear - can change to auto gear (how much) 3) After converting, will our monthly payment of the car increase or remains? 4) Is buying 2nd hand auto car or converting more worth?

I've no concern on whether to have indian or malay classmates. My concerns are : how good / responsible the teachers are, their teaching methods, their studying time (1 or 2 sessions), their CCAs, etc... from the website & booklist, Tech Ghee pri sch seems better than Punggol pri sch. Not sure about the rest. I don't see any Wushu CCAs in all pri sch that are located in Hougang. Volleyball in Xin Min pri sch - yes.. ai~
