i was considering this model until a panasonic sales auntie told me this oven is not convection. Some said it is, so its confusing... My wife wanted a convection/microwave over so we have looked somewhere else. Now we are considering Sharp RS899 mode instead.

u mean borrow the idea of not having wall tiles in kitchen?? haha no prob, i guess there is no copyright in that and many people actually does that. It's actually a cost saving measure.

i just got the leather L-shape sofa recently that u can see in their ad selling at $899. I find it really comfortable and value for money as i got it at $699 before the price went up. Go for it!!!

Oh as or the bedside table, we aksed for non-built in, so we can shift it around as we like it, thus it looks bulkier. The shoe cabinet has got top and bottom doors, centre dark grey portion is empty for us to put things or display.

ok guys let me clear all the doubts. How long it takes for you to feel the hot water depends on how far the water heater (length of water pipe run)is installed from you toilet. The citygas water heater must be installed in the kitchen (correct me if i am wrong). At my parents place where the common toilet is far from the kitchen, i can only feel hot water after 1 minute. That is why i need to let water run into a pail before i start showering. At my new place, as the water heater is installed just outside the common toilet entrance (as u can see from my t-blog), water takes only about 10 secs to get hot. I all depends on how far the water pipe is travelling, as simple as that. Hope it helps clear the doubt.

ok pics galore today after my contracter removed all the protective cardboard on the floor today to prepare for tomorrow's parquet 2nd varnishing..... Kitchen not completed as turquoise glass backing is still not up. my Tecno hood and hob Blanco sink from Hoe Kee Rinnai gas dryer from Citygas Rinnai gas water heater from Citygas. Very close proximity to both toilets, water gets heated up in about 10 secs for both toilets
