As usual, i call Tong to perform house audit for next year. Also i born in year of rooster, so next year very jia lat "fan tai sui". I told him that during house audit, make sure he do take note of the issue i have next year to "minimise" impact of "fan tai sui". BTW, can forum advise me "further questions" on fs, so i can "get more value" from him to "what else to " look out certain things during annual house audit ? I don't want to be "passively" give him the house plan and he tell me what to do instead as usual. I am not there to question his professionalism, but i want problems solve. Example of questions like a) i fan tai sui next year - so i want him to minmise impact. b) i am considering to get a new apartment - can house fs improve my opportunities ? etc etc

i go for house audit each year and most FS geomaner recommend that. ok i've 2 thoughts here. One is the classical fengshui where u buy nothing, the other fs is u buy something to "patch" or remediate the unlucky elements (or so called). Questions 1. I assume YEARLY house audit means there are "no-good" elements in certain part of the house in different years. Although cannot be seen by naked eyes, how does the geomancer "translate" that this spot or that spot is good or bad at the house ? 2. For classical fengshui where there is no need to buy anything, how does classical fengshui helps to remediate the "no-good" sector ? Can't be doing major renovations each year right ? 3. For non-classical fengshui, theirs are buying fenghui "items" to patch or enhance sector. Let's assume items are those inexpensive ones. I want to know is WHO in the non-classical fengshui decides that this sector should be a item or item B. Is this based on past teachings or practised in the olden days ? Take note i m refering to those "inexpensive" items like coins, gourd, etc ...Not business items which sold in thousands $.

I wonder whether FS geomancer can setup a FS strategy to encourage reading / study. Do not get me wrong as this is not for children. Main objective is for myself. Sometimes i come back home, i watch video movies which takes up time and i lack the discipline to read books. I m from IT fields and before i change my job, i used to be competitve and read books and take exams. Now that i m in new job for a month, i began to slack. Is there such a strategy in Study room to encourage reading ? This means that the fs strategy will not make me easily distractable. Eg not coming to forum often to kaypoh

is there such a thing as PROFESSIONAL 占卜, rather than the DIY commonly method discussed above ? If there are PROFESSIONAL ones, what do they (eg geomancer) usually do ?

What are the differences between the 2 methods above ? What 占卜 really does ? Is it you need to scope your question so that the master can answer straight to the point ? eg is he the man or she the woman ? Does 占卜 involves using "animal shell" like those in movies ?

贵人 is not equal to see 2 times of the same geomancer on the same period.

for me i use scotch tape ..hahahaha Each year i do audit, so these coins will probably be removed. Maybe next time, put your photo at my door to bring in luck ..hahahahahaha

Get a geomancer to review this strategy. Sometimes it may not translate to 4d or toto way. My geomancer ask me to put 6 coins above the door as he say there are "money element" near the door for this year. But must keep door open so money can flow in. I seldom keep door open, so i guess i don't have the "money rushing into my house" ...

Chanced upon a topic that putting "dragon" symbolic object in house not suitable. Also lion stone may not be suitable for most residential place . Any reasons why ? Chinese love dragons and it is a symbol of good luck, eg got dragon dance, etc Lion dance during cny is what i usually entertain guests. Sometimes i even dreamt of putting 1 or 2 lion heads at my door to ward off evil (assuming i sponsor to dot-lion eyes). I mean my house has no evil or anything, but simply love it. How i wish my geomancer would "approve" such symbolic stuffs. But i will check with him on this for my next house audit. In the meantime, i raise this topic for forum members to contribute the "DOs and the DONTs". Come on share everything you heard or knew. Educate me !!!
