From u guys experiences, i am sure you have read bazi, zhiwei, abc method, etc. this topic is NOT about who is who and who interpret correctly. This topic focus on the accuracy of the above "template" the FS used. Let me give example. Zi Wei template : eg 70% accuracy (assume all FS interpret correctly) Bazi template : %% accurancy ? White Dragon forcast (in thailand) : %% accuracy ? .. etc Kalimantan method : confirmed 0% accurate. If any fs sells u this method, u know this fs is fake !

FD1976, I am a practical person like you. In fact i am a scientific consumer (if possible prove that FS works on this or that). I honestly tell u that if i want to engage a service, the returns must be "guaranteed". However i did ponder about questions like "is it effective" , "how i know it is effective", "is fs bluffing me", "or i just hope it works miracliously". seriously i dont have answers to that. Like some members say " maybe can unlock a potential luck in certain locations, etc" ...well only fs knows. The fs knows where are the "oil well" at my place and i pay him/her to dig and provide me with "oil". Of course i may slip and fall too. As i've been in this forum for some time, can anyone shed some "common" questions, which somtimes i forgot to ask. without fs, you don't know whether it is working ... with fs, you think it is working ... with more and more fs, you began to start investigating who is the better geomancer ... till now, it is up to individual to believe. And i can tell u most forum members BELIEVE in FS (including me), otherwise we would not be in the deep hole liao ..hahahahaha

actually i am not chasing these properties . I already 40, the question is "how come people can afford EASILY" while i have to plan CAREFULLY ? When i buy property, it is always "family first", ie ALL must stay together. I still very traditional thinking. I am contented person (no longer compeititve, don't bother to do a Master, get a pay cut job, etc), but sometimes i wish to bring all my family members to stay together which translate to a bigger space requirement, but my affordabilty index is low. thus i really pose the questions upfront "why these people can afford easily" ? When i meet up with my geomancer, i would then ask specific questions to "unlock" what is really available in my life. If looks positive, i will work harder, if don't have, i will take a stroll in my life and focus on other issues then.

Usually i will comment on the fs section only, but sometimes i will go other section like private property, etc to see what others wrote. i ask myself one question : are there really many rich people in this forum ? I look at those private property forum and for renovation, especaiialy on landed property, they can tear down and rebuilt and willing to plonked another 200k to 500k or to 1m just for some engineering / architechture work. And for other sections, there are one with 1.6m thread which i wonder how the person get it. My renovation budget never exceeds $10k (call me cheapo) No no, to me not jealousy, but really really really curious .... Last Sat, i went to jurong lakeside mrt, there is a launch of private property and the psf is over $1k. I myself cannot afford it, and i wonder others "how they do it" ? How to rent out like you members did ? i very envy all of you !!! If threadstarter tells me that his 1.6m is via toto or 4d, i will buy toto until the next chinese new year since my feengshui period suppose to be good this year :-)

Usually when i buy property (especially resales for both hdb / private), i will tell agent and owner i m interested. But before i pay any options even $1, i need their NRIC first to determine whether they are bankrupt. If ok, next day i pay them the minimum OTP.

though i m far from 60, i personally question myself on bazi and fs. i prefer to be "gong gong" all the way and let surprises come and find me, rather than i want to "prepare" for surprises. But nevertheless, once i come into this forum, u guys are influencer to carry on these practises . hahahaha
