On man ! Don't get me wrong on this thread. From consumer perspective, i prefer different fsm tells me "different" things which i m totally unaware of, but not standard information like colors, directions, characters, etc So when i visit my fsm, i will be straight-forward with him. I will tell him "donlt make me guess, be as explicit as possible to layman". Of course he cannot tell me 4d or toto numbers lah.

I think it is common that whenever we visit "all kinds" of fsm, some of the standard answers given by fsm are: a) u belong to this colors - (alamak i knew this already lah - trying to waste my time is it ?) b) your characters are : bold, etc etc - (u think i don't know myself is it since i experience crisis, workings, in my whole life) c) your lucky numbers are - (so what !) d) your best directions are - (u think i carry compass everyday ?) e) Your common health problems are - (are u trying to scare me ?) Now all these answers are almost "dcoumented in a doctrine" , so your eyes will be wide-opened and u felt so impress by the NEWER fsm. When fsm look at your body language, he/she knows that "ok i created a good and reliable impression of myself now" And i began to question why waste time and money to "prove" what they are telling us. For 1st timer, u are aware. Subsequently these information do not change much no matter who you see or pay. I might as well, go straight to those questions we individual always want to know. a) how to become wealthier in year 2011 (be precise , rather than they tell u - u become rich in next 10 year cycle) b) what are the dangers in 2011 (again be precise, rather than say - becareful of this or that in the next few years) c) house fs - tell me how to maximise good, min bad (be precise so they won't waste time charting the whole house and tell u that u need to pay extra for next visit) d) career success - maximise in year 2011 (or best in terms of months) So customers out there, don't waste time asking the same questions over and over again. Let the fsm know what u want to achieve.

If u have been reading Sin Min lately, one of the pages talk about the different animal horoscopes for 2011 (weekly). My god ! why is he putting numbers there ? To tell people to buy, if pple kenna, he gets free advertisments ? As for the Ji, Ping, Xiong status in the Sin Min papers, what is he trying to project ? Is Hui Jie good in fengshui ?

About 4d probabilyt, et I remembered there was a 4d book still sold in the bookshop. That so-called Master earn people's money thru people's greed. Where got 4d becomes statistics number ? Meaning if this number appear many times, it should be "due" soon. Many pple did not realise that each draw is INDEPENDENT of last draw. There is no statistics derived from it. Every individual number has equal chance of appearing. Some even buy the software to derive numbers, oh my god !

Have to be open on this. Does anyone afraid to complain about lousy service of fsm, that they stomach the "worst" without complaining ? Eg say i engage so-and-so fs service , i get bad response (eg bad service - no response, etc), i afraid to complain because that fs got my bazi and may do things behind my back ? Or black magic no longer exists in this society ?

oh my god ! Everyone show hand liao. Maybe all of us should meet up and shake hands, and don;t be suprised that shock to see that "you are my classmate, my-ex, my fsm, my previous-life enemy etc"

so FS is about house environment, etc and these fsm tend perform additional fortune telling roles like bazi, ziwei, etc ... i hope i interpret this correctly ...

actually is fs equal to fortune telling ? i thought fortunte telling is those make-shift store and disappear overnight ? And they may charge for only a small ang pow fees eg $8, etc ?

oh yes to add-on, fengshui theories or strategies cannot be brought to civil court to claim damages if it fails your expectations. The court here do not accept hearsays. For his fs services, provide concrete examples which will benefit the forums.

Hi Legend233 although we never heard of him, it does not mean he is no-good. You have to try out yourself and evaluate his personal service. Service here eg customer service, is he pushy like a salesman, his body language towards u, response time etc What his fs methods works/don't work for you may work for others. Therefore if u wish to share your experiences after engaging his FS service, we would view it with a disclaimer, that it works/don't work for you ONLY.

bad list fsm - i am doubtful that these "bad" fsm is out to "sabo" any family members. IF their skills are lousy, we just say lousy, but i don't think even the best fsm can prevent the most unfortunate events eg cancer, death, etc. AS far as i know, i say that all fsm to the best knows only up to 80% whichever template they use to evaluate a person, house, etc. I believe all fsm wants to give their best to their clients. If unfortunate event happens, please don't blame or blacklist fsm. I can say the fsm do the audit at the wrong time and suay things happen and clients start bad-mouth them. The so-called 20% - let say heaven knows it all (honestly to me i don't even know whether heaven or **** exists !) So let's do away with this so-call bad or good list. Perhaps we should evaluate fsm on quality of service instead which can be tangible. Eg fsm is not available for after-sales service, fsm over-charge or over-sell. And to those newbie : sorry everyone doubts the account creation (not saying u exist or not), hopefully u really exists physically and share your experiences rather than "promote or demote" any fsm

Hi Mae29 I am sorry to hear that, and i m sure forum members agreed with me. I would like to share personal experience (nothing against any fsm). 1. My very first fsm is Lynn Yap (queen of fengshui) when i first bought the hdb in 1999. Of course i need to give all family members bazi, so she can maximise it, etc 2. First thing she told me "your mum and dad always quarrel and they are not suitable to be married". I agreed with her as since young, parents fight. 3. I asked her "then why they are married in the first place ? " She told me a one-liner "fsm cannot predict who married who, they are not able to uncover what destiny/heaver plans" - ok i accept that. That left a mark on me and i still agreed with that statement that no fsm can predict everything 100%. As to your late sis or husband, i guess some info are always "hidden" in bazi. Even if there is a excellent fsm, the fsm cannot prevent the unfortunte events. I did ask a question few years ago when my collegue recommend a fsm (Dong Noong Zhen) to me, and i ask him "analyse my bazi using your most accurate template whichever u can find" as i ask him when is my last day (because i want to project my insurance cost mah hehehe). He told me "sorry, any template up to 70% to 80% accurate" and cannot predict Death. But i do agree with u that everyone wants the best for himself + family members by uncovering as much as possible.

Hi Mae29 Now i understand classical fengshui is about renovation or moving of heavier items eg like what u did in the storeroom or the story of the rich man toliet converted to reading corner. Does your spouse support your thinking ? Really curious. I don't object classical fengshui, but i rather have some cheap fs items to ward off negative than to create a huge administrative tasks. guys, please help me. I want to get a bank loan to buy a property. I know i suppose to come 30% cash. But can i "rub shoulders" with banker to reduce to 20% cash instead ? My current loan debt is about 400k. (no other loans), except children/wife loan (kiam kia / Bor chey)
