Unless she commit adultery, u can claim for PI costs from her and her bf :-) e) The reason you are frustrated because you cannot let go of the "yi gou qi". i've planned to convert my existing apartments to LED lights. I know LED lights are good, so this thread will not be about the advantages over conventional lightings. What i wish to know are : a) for installation per piece of LED lights, what is the per LED object charges like ? Example if my living room has 10 pieces of conventional round lights, and workers require to perform 10 installation , what will be the cost like ? I went to Balestier area and was quote $8 per installation LED. b) LED lights - do i need to know any brand name that is reliable or LED technology is almost the same for all brand of LED lights ? c) I need electrical contractor to come to my place to view and give a quote. Can anyone PM me ? d) I can get electrical repairman from NTUC income services, and i believe they are bosses of their own companies. Is it reliable to engage them ? Please share your experiences with LED lights.

Hi Mr EL I do agree with your point that if there are baseless accusation, you should come in to rebut it. Otherwise in the internet, people will think that the accusation is true and starts circulating which is no good for your company. Your brand is something you should protect. And last point is : no one is the forum is attacking one another, customers raise question on EL "old" brochures (by putting up their hands to speak)

dear newcomer1 If i really want FULL leather, i will definitely go for reputable brands. The assurance is there. Yes price is high, but you feel good and can last for years. I've bought my full leather 3 + 2 sofa for 7k (5 years back) and sofa still smell like leather with my children and my sweat "built into the sofa" and no peel, etc I believe SamTheMan provide a list of reputable brands and you can easily search for it. I always suggest this: a) go to top-end brands, have a seat in sofa. b) then go to lower brands and have a seat in sofa You will feel the differences. There is no need for salesman talk after that. My wife never complain of the sofa.

I am no expert in gold trading. But i've invest unit trusts since 10 years back. hi I think there are a few threads on sofa which i listed earlier (can't remember the exact header). Also there is a chap here by the name of Samy (if i remembered clearly) , he is good at explanating the sofa materials . Since you raise this topic again, i suggest some advices for you a) quality things that are cheap are too good to be true. In another words, do not expect good top rated leather sofa to be cheap and you think you are the first customer to pick up such "good value sofa for money" thing. If quality sofa is cheap, many could have queue up already ! b) Look around your peers and friends who own sofa. They tell u the truth. In forum, there may be salesman mentality try to sell and influence you. And if you have richer or wealthier friends, these people unlikely to buy cheap sofa. Look at the price these people pay and you will feel the differences. I am not saying poor versus rich people here for comparison (i am not rich either). The truth always lies with the buyer who bought it and share experiences with you.

Dear Butoot Can you give me an eg to clarify the statement : This 20% makes a big difference to the final amount you can get after deducting the existing loan balance and the cpf plus accrued interest used in purchasing your property I know 2nd property onwards need to come up with 40% cold hard cash. With you as a salaried worker, EL is in safe hands. but if you quit to join other companies , will the other people in EL as good as you ? Typically furniture shops or retailers are consider small businesses model. They may not have process like big companies. I am sure you are good worker and answer the forum quickly. Why always blame the PRC , indians, etc other-non-singaporeans when they wish to pay the price ? I see no relationship at all. If they wish to buy at rocket price, let them be. if economy breaks, EVERYONE will be affected. It has nothing to do with nationalities.
