gimz is right, there is setup cost. I don't have to pay for setup cos the previous owner use citygas. But if I cancel and re-apply I have to pay for the setup cost.

Citygas used to charge min. charge, now no more min. charge.

Sad mine too so I got to live with these ugly pipes...

Hi coffee_o, my stairs & handrail are similar to red_devil I wanted to rotate the stairs, ID/contractor est. rotating just a few steps of the stairs 3 to 4k, change of handrail another 4 to 5k *faint* My hubby is going to kill me if i really change ahhh but still want to change leh never give up haha. Must tell him wad u said 'heart pain once and do it rather than regret later See how it goes, still sourcing around. If the quote exceeded my budget den got to say bb to my nice nice stairs sob. Will try to post some pics when i figure out how to do it. Cheers Syl

Hi hippie1602 PM u already, he is also specialised in renovations. He did whole house for my colleague including flooring, u can check with him & compare the prices. I hv spoken to a few ID & also contractors, but did not ask them for quote cos do not want to waste their time & also some were inexperience. When asked them about reno of my flat, their answer were 'Not too sure', 'Don't think so', one of the ID even told me to hack away my broken mable floor & change to tiles. And another one was saying '$40 to $50k reno is too much, $30k enough already' but this is not true cos there are alot to be done for my flat. Going down to his showroom this weekend. Cheers Syl

FSM viewed my flat yesterday, I can hack any walls or have open concept kitchen, no problem at all.

Hi dannyhouse There are quite a number of feng shui items that can help to enhance yr career/business luck, wealth, saving and also prosperity.
