  1. this black wired /wireless router is the the black wired /wireless router is the WZR-HP-G300NH that you are using now? look cool.. can i also use it for cable internet connection other than fibre connection?
  2. bro, i am looking for a wireless router which can support up to 300mbps for fibre, cable or ADSL connections (just in case i may switch my internet options in future)... Previously when i was using Singtel ADSL, i bought the Linksys Integrated ADLS Wireless Router, which is purely for ADSL connection only. Similarly when i was using Starhub cable, i was using the Motorola SB6100 model which purely for cable connection only... so now i hoping to get a one single router which can be used for all types of connections and fast enough to support 300mbps. =) any recommendation of brands and models? thanks!

  9. s.h.y.t... i must have missed out on your t-blog duirng my reno research... probably due to the inactivity of your blog during the period of dec'10 to feb'11 where my reno was heavily in progress. browsed so many blogs, but never come across yours until now! love your island cum dining table, feature wall @ living room and your master bathroom. if i have seen your designs earlier, i will probably do something similar for these 3 areas. kekekeke.. did i miss out the post where you intro your ID and the reno cost? your reno journey seems quite smooth ah. either ID is good, or you are not as picky as me la... =)

  16. POST Reno Hiccup - RUSTY water piping to washing machine Relatives visited my place last Saturday. One uncle spotted that my stainless steel water piping connecting to my washing machine is rusty. This is ridiculous becuase it is suppose to be stainless steel. He told me that probably plumber used alloy material with 50% stainless steel and 50% other metal composit. I called up my ID. He said probably kena acid during chemical wash. Plumber (LuckyKoon) again is coming down today afternoon (without any prior notice of 1 day) to fix the problem... sianz.. dunno i am suay or what.. plumber (luckyKoon) has already made 4 trip for post reno recitification on their plumbing work... even the lady boss recognise my voice when i called her and she memorises my address and mboile number already... my concern now is these are exposed pipe which can be easily replaced. but how about those boxed up by my kitchen cabitnet and living room L-box? i dun even know if they are rusty by now... only when water start dripping on my kitchen solid top and TV console then i can tell...
  17. none of the above... expensive showroom cost need to be recovered from high reno quotes. =) u need to source for more IDs /contractors...
