Hi all, anyone is currently using this City Gas water heater system in their HDB flats? Appreciate your input and sharing on this area. Q1. Can this water heater support rain shower system? Not sure if the pressure and volume big enough for this. Q2. Does the cost saving really significant? Especially it mentions that it WONT use electriticy at all. Only use gas for heating. thank you thank you.

Just read your blog. it's like a well organised interesting story showcasing your renovation experience . i'm getting my 5-room (about same size as you) in dec at sims drive. currently searching high n low for id ands contractors. have been really demoralised by the high quotes so far due to my low budget (ard 30k)... gotta said that after reading your blog, it gives me a bit of encouragement. in terms of the work you have done for 40k, it's really unbelievable. i presume you design your own floor layout before telling the contractors right? same sentiment here... i prefer do my own layout, then tell the contractors exactly what to do... =) can pm me your contractor? btw, couple of questions which need ur advise: 1. when we engage a contractor, should i meet out straight away, or send him my floor plan? 2. your air con is system-3 or 4? you have so many rooms! all rooms have air-con? living room also? which brand u get? regards, steelze
