  3. ooooo, i just bought 2 ceiling lights from them last saturday! Hanging Pendant in black, for my dining area Hanging Ceiling light for living room I bought & self-collected the lights on spot & brought it over to the new house. My electrician will fix up the lights & install on ceiling for me. IMO, i think their prices are very reasonable & service was pretty good. The salesperson also did inform me before i made payment - that delivery was $18. If i need installation, 1st light is $35, followed by $7 thereafter.

  12. Hi Dash80, Can PM me contact of Marcus from Lite Fusion? I'm looking to get 2 sets of toilet bowls + 2 sets of wash basins & some toilet accessories. Considering KS Lighting (Upp Serangoon) too, but trying to see which had cheaper deals. Heh Thanks!
  13. wow! very niceeee! loves the laminates on the wardrobes & dressing table! my house reno is only starting next week. i've also got the same black laminates for my feature wall for the living room tv console. hehe~
  14. 16 April - my completion appointment! Getting the keys finally after 8 weeks of waiting since 1st appointment. 2nd appointment date - all parties (seller/buyer) must agree to this date (inclusive of moving), at least 6-8 weeks time frame. For my case, we were granted 2 weeks after 16th for moving/shifting from current place to new house. This was a 'side agreement' made between us & the buyer, we were not liable for any rental charges as well - kind gesture on buyer's side.
  15. hi guys, we've just bought a resale 4-room flat @ Bedok the sellers had fully reno the house 2 years ago, thus we're only going to do up some carpentry works (build-in wardrobes for 3 bedrooms, suspended tv consoles, feature wall eg.) & electrical works for the whole house. we are not re-doing the tiles either. they're having laminated flooring for all the bedrooms now. how do i find out the 'brand'? from the sellers themselves?
