Hi Kumiko He is a contractor but they do have designer. A designer was assigned to me, she provides me with the layout plan for carpentary work but no 3D drawings. 24k DOES NOT include the following : 1) kitchen sink, tap, hood and stove. 2) lightings and fan. 3) air-conditioning system. 4) shower mixers and taps for both toilets. The rest is are all provided for. The vanity top and mirror is given FOC.

We didn't do much actually but glad that everything seems to be on time and nicely done. Yesterday they have already started to clean the place. Will be going there again tonight and hope to take more pictures yah...

New grilles for 3 bedrooms. The painting of the bedroom doors. Feature wall and TV console installed. There are still touch ups to be done here and there. Yeah! 1 more week to go. Its picture time again. Its been 27 days since our renovation started. Below are the updates. More work is done in the kitchen and common toilet. The slightly washed kitchen floor tiles.

Hi timtim, Thanks. The tap in the pic above is for hot n cold water but ours is for cold water only. We bought it from Hoe Kee and it cost us almost $200. We really love the tap. Will update pic of the installed tap on our kitchen sink soon.

Hi Blue_rain, My renovation is abt 80% - 90% complete. Only waiting for the kitchen cabinets to be up. Today citigas will be coming to install the stove piping. Hope to drop by later and take some pictures Which part of Jurong West are you? My block is very near to Pioneer Mall

yeah i totally agree with you. They trust us to fullfill what has been promised (payment) and we trust that they will give in their best into our renovation (their service)

My contractor did not asked for a single cent too. The first half of the payment was made after 50% of the renovation work is done. Now my house is almost done but the contractor has yet to ask me for the other 50%.

Hi Everyone.. Hope you had a great weekend. More pictures update. The wall tiles are up for the whole kitchen and service balcony. All the bedrooms are painted, lights changed and the floor laminates are done too. The master bedroom. I think I wld want to change the bulbs to warm white.

Kitchen cabinets gone. Wall and floor tiles for kitchen, common toilet and masterbed room toilet were also gone. Debris were also cleared. When we were about to leave we saw a huge lorry. As kepo as I can be ..took a peep and guess what! The huge lorry was carrying OUR tiles!!! hurayyyyy! Ok lah thats all for now...will visit our house soon...according to the schedule given by the contractor, they should be doing the tiling now. Will update you all soon.
