As far as I know, the theory of lower floor, stronger pressure is not happening on most of the HDB in Singapore. Reason is HDB using more than a pump for each block. Take an example, a block with 16th floors usually having 4 pumps. This meaning, 1 pump serves for 4 floors and if there is a pressure difference, it will be between these 4 floors only which always not big differences. So, don't listen to the salesman. For the rain shower, well, you need to ask your plumber. They got the tricks to route/do something on the piping in order to get your rain shower working perfectly.....I think any experienced plumber is able to do it. Worst come to worst, install a small size water pump to increase the pressure. hehehe.... BUT, just let you know, when you are using rain shower, most likely, you can't turn on any other taps in the house as it will reduce the pressure. Always remember, high water flow rate = low pressure.

Comparing 4 shops Mattress (All King Size): 1) Slumberland Crown Jewel : SGD2,800 - c/w 2 pillows, 1 protector sheet, 2 bolster 2) Simmons (forgot which series): SGD 4,600 (totally forgot what it gives as the sales girl was very rude....sigh...) 3) Sealy Posturepedic : SGD 5,800 - c/w 2 pillows, 1 protector sheet 4) Serta Sophistication: SGD3,800 - c/w 2 pillows, 1 protector sheet, 1 sheep, 3 bedsheets All the above using spring pocket except Sealy got some new technology...which is not pocket spring and I duno what is that...hahahaha... Finally, we choose Serta Sophistication as not too expensive yet comfortable. The sales guy also is a very cherish and helpful fella. Thumbs up for him.

OK. got how many types of material being used for kitchen cabinet? Laminate, PVC finish and formica? what are the differences? Any posts to show the difference? I am the lucky one! The TO haven't go to do the inspect as the house owner is busy! hahahaha..... I did inform him on the "suspected" leakage. He will take note on it for me! Actually, I found out he is super responsible as I called HDB yesterday, happened that he was not around. So I left my phone number to him and early morning today he called me back! Thumbs up for HDB service! lol..... He did inform me that my house is pre-fab. The only wall that I can hacked off is the kitchen side (to widen the kitchen entrance) yet need to get the QC to do the checking etc. Sigh. OK. Noted on your advice. My bed is king size. WIW got few options. String curtains to me is not practical as my experience is after sometime, you will tend to tie the curtain to the side as it's quite troublesome. hehehe.....Most likely going for glass door (those pocket type). He will brings me to few of his ongoing project (which I believe bringing me there while he do site coordination...hahahaha) in the next 2 weeks. I try to take some photos and share over here.

Yeah. Been read up alot in RT on White solid top, Black solid top Granite etc. I also duno which one I should go now. Depend on the final design ba. But black color really looks cool.
