Lastly the common toilet tiles. Top are the wall tiles with the mosaic. Bottom are the floor tiles. ID metioned that good to use the same floor tiles for kitchen and common toilet as it will create an illusion that your kitchen is so big.....We got no objection on this as the floor tiles are really nice and we both like it. Any comments are most welcomed!!!!! Guess we need to go for 1 more round of tiles selection as wife wanna change something.

Lastly, the tiles that yet to be decided...... These tiles are for living and dining. ID mentioned white will make your house looks more spacier. Refer below for some sample mock-up on this tiles. Didn't manage to get the photo on white color one. The top 2 are the wall tiles for MBR toilet plus some mosaic which we didn't get the sample. Bottom is the floor tiles for MBR toilet. Don't really like it as I prefer darker color for floor. Anyway, refer below for the sample mock-up.

both design A and design B right hand side is very cramp ler. My own experiments telling me that minimum need 50cm space to walk comfortably else need to walk like a crab (depending your bodysize of course...heheheh). Best is 60cm actually. 1 tile size (600 x 600). As what Sam Jie mentioning, you need so much storage? Maybe you can consider those bedframe got hydraulic cylinder to lift up then you got huge storage space under your bed. Or change to queen size bed? Difference is around 40cm if I am not mistaken. But depending on which brand as well.
