Oh....that means when doing undermount, it is the preparation work will count ak....i thought just the silicone itself....anything to take note on the preparation work? Mind to share around? hehehehe.... I did look for the hyflux. I think the 2 cylinder type right? But the catridge is so expensive. SGD200+SGD65. Lol.....feel like a pain ler....but no doubt hyflux is one of the top tier product for water filtration....that 3M system is much more cheaper. Everything including installation is sgd400 and catridge is sgd100. Lifespan is around 2800L. Comparing with Hyflux which the lifespan is around 3000L, a lot cheaper...hehehe...Well, need to go test the water and see how it is first....

Wah, fencer. Sorry for my long MIA. Read your posts like watching drama lor....up and down.....hahahaha... Anyway, firstly, happy that you moved in to your new house. No matter how, you owned an unit and staying inside there now. Grats! Second, on the Henry stuff, not much comment as I never got the chance to meet him. Hehehe...Think on the bright side, you're lucky because only getting minor flaw comparing with others? hahaha... Third, on the dish tray, if it is stainless steel 304 grade and above (better is 316L as good furnishing and light weight), it will not rust at all. NOT AT ALL. I was in Marine industry previously and all the electrical power panel which expose externally, seawater corrusion etc etc....all "MUST" use stainless steel 316 and I can say that it will never rust or corrode! lol....Use that kind of material for our kitchen might overkill but it's good! Last time, I managed to custom made one tray for my current staying unit. Ask my x-company indian worker to take out one panel cover and cut cut cut it and some touch up...there we go...A SS316 grade dish rack! hahahaha.... Lastly on the PS3. 400++ for a gaming console plus blu ray player plus a lot of good things is 100% worth it. Just imagine, the console is costing you sgd500. With SGD500 nowadays, I believe it's like maybe around 5 buffet dinners for a couple. Or maybe a crab feast at AMK for around 10 people. Things eaten will go into stomach (and came out eventually) but PS3 is always there for the next few years and you can watch movie, play games, surfing etc etc....lol...Don't you think is worth it? Just make sure this month dont go for any crabs meal or buffet then...hahahaha...This is how I persuaded my wife to approve my Wii, xbox and PS3 console purchasement! lol....

wah jeffcraze, grats on your moved in. Sure happy lor. Hehehe..... At first I planned to have a grey mirror on my tv console in living. Just after looking at yours, I straight away make a phone call to my contractor to ask him changed to black mirror please! hahahaha...really nice leh!!! Hopefully the outcome will be as nice as yours! lol... I noticed the MAHJONG TABLE! Any open house soon? Need me to bring over my mahjong sets ak? hehehe..how many you need? lol....

Hi Everyone! Sorry for the long MIA!!!! hehehe...recently been very very very busy on my new job...haih....Yet need to settle so many things on my new nest! headache headache. Anyway, my toilet issue was solved! hahaha...thank you very much for Jaskel recommendation and suggestions! It works perfectly. I will try to upload some photos by tonight! hopefully. So far untl right now, they had finished laying tiles in toilets, kitchen. Now doing the living at the moment. Yesterday went for detailing discussion with my ID. Few things caught my concern though.... 1) Undermount kitchen sink. ID did highlight to me that to do the undermount, few things I need to take notice. - Easier to leak comparing with top mount. Need handle with care. - No heavy weight on sink - No flooding on sink Just want to double confirm here. What he said is true? I noticed Jaskel did the undermount for jeffcraze as well. From what the ID drawn to me, I believe it is the same method. Is that meaning as long as I use a very very good silicon, it will minimize the possibility for all those bad things to be happened? hehehe...Too Kiasu.... 2) Water purification. Any recommendations here? I try to look around and found this from 3M. http://solutions.3m.com.sg/wps/portal/3M/e...Q40ISNFA3JG2043 Seems good and neat. Most important, can be installed under the sink to save space. Anyone using this at the moment? Else just give me some recommendations as I am too lazy to cook water. lol.... I think thats all for this moment. Nowadays been quite free. Can get here more often! lol...

OK. If slightly inner, my shower area left 700mm width only. Too small to shower. If slightly outer, the kerb will be at the mid of my toilet entrance which meaning the shower screen got problem to install. Hehehe..got the idea? Yes. Can actually shift the trap hole. For my case, I need to install 2 brand new trap holes which going towards this one. This will end up some other problems: 1) Slow water flow back to floor tap. Might getting flood. 2) Floor height will be raised up. 3) In future, if suay suay something happened and you need to access this so called "main" trap hole, you need to hack tiles hack kerb hack shower screen etc. Hmm...didnt receive it. I will pm you my email address. You can email me. Thank you jaskel!

Hi Everyone....... OK. I got an issue right now...hehehehe.....Refer sketch below: I'm going to have a glass shower screen on top of the kerb. OK. Now, the shower kerb will block the floor trap. What I can think of is only open a small hole on the other side so the dry area water will flow into the floor trap. The problem is that the shower kerb can't be fully opened. Any ideas how to solve this ak? Thank you thank you!
