Yes i did some electrical and the plumbing pipes was all changed no built-in wardrobes. Kitchen cabinets using laminates not blum system... If you are going to an ID sure it will reach 100K try to look for contractor it is a lot cheaper. Regards

Congrats Mei Ling, As for my contractor, the more i say it sounds like i am promoting him you will really have to check it out yourself. Have a talk with him and see if you are comfortable with him before you make any decision. All i can say is that he is not like some other contractor that only promise but did not deliver.
