After 53 days of renovation, everything is up! yeah!! now left final wash and painting touchup.. 5 more days to go!

Actually im not uncomfortable at them not doing anything at the end.. Jus very sian that i cant be doing anything when i know there is nothing much liao.. i wan to diy my room leh.. so can only wait for them to finish and after handover den i can start doing..

hmm.. shouldnt be too expensive la.. toilet small small area only.. if not, the most save on other stuffs that can be add on later which wont make a mess of the place one lor.. but that is if u insist on having the rainshower la.. haha my gf also dun let me have my bathtub.. so i insist on a rainshower which cost us $380.. hee..

haha.. hack liao den do back with conceal rain shower la.. should be nice..

Anyway it looks better den the house when i jus took over la.. How is ur house now? No new additions ah?

why dun you hack away the box up above so that u can get ur rainshower??

haha.. Reno alot of unforeseen things one.. endure thru it.. very soon it will be over and u will find yourself missing something liao... haha..

Here is something to share that i had learnt during my reno period.. You can save some electrical cost by installing ur T5 for ur cove light urself.. If you are not confident about tapping to the lighting point that the electrician tap out, get them to fix the first T5.. The rests will jus like below.. Connecting 1 end to the other end of the T5.. Hope these helps.. you can easily save around $100..
