HI... my condo comes with grey granite tiles. When the weather is hot, it feels sticky when walking on them. Is there any mopping detergent (brand/type) specially for granite that I can use to make it smooth? Many thanks in advance

Im using GORM.... easy to install and modify.... I got the basic setup... installed it and stacked it with 'rubbish'. From there... u will know what height, what type of racks / # of racks you require. It took me 3 months to come out with the 'final' setup for my little 3rd bathroom coverted to store room. Nope, I did not secure it to the wall - no chance to topple over in that small space... and it's quite heavy and stable (unless one is an idiot and starts to climb it) Oh yes... and I painted the whole thing WHITE! Elmark is sort of.... decorative fan... faster RPM does not mean stronger wind flow (it also depends on the design). Am going to get the KDK Sensa 5 (titanium Silver) [this model is called V60WK in Singapore] on my next trip back to KL and install it myself. Now, what can I do with my current fan? My current fan (SG one) model CS3 is really ugly... somemore bronze in colour... (clash with my white/grey hall colour theme) eventhough it is stated 'silver'.... Moreover, the 3rd party remote looks like crap and my Uni remote Harmony One could not detect the signal..... (no problem with the beautiful KDK remote.... it's in Harmony's database too)

My condo is optic ready, with all termination box, etc done up... just waiting for the OpenNet ppl to instal, but according to their schedule, all buildings around my area is scheduled for June 2010, while our only building is slated for June 2012 ... go figure. OpenNet replied that the reason is... the follow the postal code. Our condo is the 'newest' (2 years old liaw) building in old Balestier, but since they are doing up the AREA, what's the problem doing up our condo too?

I just don't understand why Singaporeans love to have lights dangling under their fans and this sycamore is just...... expensive beyond what should be called ...fan. Of course, people here love to have expensive thingies - brand/designer conscious

My condo came with MK big rockers. Chose the same during reno. Yes, it's a little 'noisy'... but it's not like you are doing 'it' all the time

I send it back to the sender with notation that owner has shifted - please do not send again. Thereafter, I will discard them. I have done my part, so my conscious is clear. If people don't give a hoot about their own things, why should I even bother.
