The gap between each cable is between 2' - 6' upon request Additional transport charge of $80 if the order is less than 100ft. Optional color for black $80/batch (not very sure if I understand this correctly ) This grills are fixed onto your window frame; i.e. you can't open it like a conventional grill casement. instead, you need to slip your hand through the cables to access your windows. I would think 3-4' width will be adequate for my hand to slip through & not too wide, in case the kids will attempt to put their heads through...

The quality of the leather is surprisingly good - feels firm, fine-grain, soft-to-touch. Heard some rumors that Massimo had some of their leather furnitures manufactured by Soflex - which has 2 showrooms at Ubi Techpark (same as Massimo), 1 for their flagship outdoor furnitures & another for leather. Popped by to have a look 2 weekends ago, their leather feels just as good, but design is so-so. Important thing is that, their price is really great! A promotional set of 3+1 full leather recliner is only $1,700!

Thanks for your reply. The current attic is legal, there's already a staircase that leads to it from outside the room. We're considering to "move" that into our MBR - dismantling the existing stairs & re-construct one inside the room. We tried the spiral type; but don't feel comfortable/safe with it. Will most likely go for the conventional type, even if it takes up more space. Again, any ideas or referral is greatly appreciated! Cheers,

Hi, I'm a newbie looking for some advice. We had recently bought an inter-terrace. Our master bedroom is rather small, so we had decided to turn the attic into our wardrobe/work-area - maximizing the limited space in the bedroom. Any ideas on the stairs? I'll need recommendations on contractors who can custom make the stairs or dealers with off-the-shelf solutions? I was hoping to make this the centerpiece of the room, budget around 5-8K (no idea on the cost). We have a toddler at home, so safety is important.
