We finally got the keys to our new place though we purchased it a year ago. Had to bear with it due to the 1yr rental lease attached to it.. After all the hurdles and problems we had with the tenants, we can now start on our renovation plan. As this apt had been used for rented purpose(by prev. owner), the condition of the hse is pretty bad. Need to do quite a bit of reno with tight budget. To start with ,here is the floor plan

Hi, I have a questions to ask regarding the colour of light to use for COVE and Downlights? My ID recommend COVE to be WARM light and Downlight to be WHITE. Hi, Can i know if your shower screen is only one piece? or is it sliding coz i saw there is a knob.. I am also thinking of doing away with the shower screen for my common bathroom as it is kind of small. Hi all, I have bought a resale 2bedder 10yrs old condo and am thinking of changing all the pipes for the aircon. Still considering if I should just change the pipe and keep the aircon since they are still working. To change the whole unit system 4 inverter with labour, would cost about $5k+. Does anyone out there have any contact for aircon concealed piping contractor to share? Thanks
