Hi, I would like to change the rubber gasket for my casement windows as they have worn off. Would like to know if anyone had bought and replaced themsevles before? Is it difficult? Or is there any window contact that I can buy the rubber gasket from them? Thanks

I juz check the amout on my receipt, its actually $1338. I got the number sala.. so less frustrating since the diff is less than $50. Ya man, the electronics prices are dropping every day.. Wah.. what a horrible experience you had with the Gangster Uncle! Though I think I kan carrot by my ID, paid $360 for the PDdoor (differnet colour in middle portion), at least I dun have to liasie with the shop myself. Apparently my ID also got problem getting the person to come and fix the door. One of the worker took the $ and din give him a date to install etc. My yard door was the last to come after my renovation is done.

This is frustrating.. We bought our LED TV last Sun from Bxxx, they claimed its the First 10 at $1388 under CASH IS KING promotion BUT today, I saw the ad from them at $1298 for First 10..for the same CASH IS KING promotion In less than a week, their price promotion changed. I felt cheated in some way .. thinking i have the great deal. My TV is not delivered yet till next week. Do you think it will be unreasonable to ask them for a rebate and let me pay for $1289 instead? (-ve is i paid using credit card)

My place also has the afternoon sun on certain part of the house. I was kiasu, had the Solar film, blind, blackout curtains to block out all the sun. My MBR wall wuld have the afternoon sun with a mini window exposed, guess its tough to control how hot the wall is at night when the sun goes down. We can only turn on the aircon to cool the place. Other than that, we have a great view and we are on the highest floor that has super high ceiling, most buildings would have a buffer area for the top floor

There is no daily rental fee for the cushions charged by my mgmt.. My reno quote comes with the providing of the protective sheet for the lift. Think no issue with that...

Hi I also did almost 90% overhaul for my condo. Retain the Marble flooring in living room. My Mgmt require us to put $1k for the reno deposit but they din bank in the cheque. They will only deduct off if they dun clear the debris or cause any noise pollution on wkends. No hacking is allowed on sat. No machine drilling u can in fact get a Copy of the rules frm Mgmt office my reno takes abt 8wks. Hope above helps.
