If we got conned the 1st time. its our luck. If get conned 2nd time by the same conman. then it stupidity.

Im also a victim of their F***ing peeling & flaking leather. juz one year.. My 10 yrs olds leather sofa (last time from Melandas) although have cracks all ard but nvr ever flak n peel like Species 1yr old leather. Why should we be paying for the reburishment after they deliver such crappy things to us? If they cant even give quality product to its customer while it brand new. Wat make u think they bother to give something good later? I wouldn't want to have anything to deal with them anymore. One word to describe. PUI!!

Yah. order mine in Feb. got the sofa in late apr. overall ok. we choose what we wanted. She (sales) did try to dbl up as ID. To me they juz give opinion what colour/material matches etc. ultimately will still intro their own furniture wat. It still up to you whether you like it anot. I been thru a few places, Furniture Mall, Sungei kadut IFC & individual store etc.) In the end I like one of the sofa design there and i bargain for what i think is worth it lor. as long they dun chu pattern. happy tio ho.

Almost forgot to update here. Sofa was not delivered as planned. Have to rearrange another date for it... finally got it 2 week later. (Apparently the delivery man is from Lorenzo... hmm... ) Got no complain over the quality, the same as I tried in the Showroom. Durable anot? only time can tell. btw i did not pay a premium for this sofa set, price comparable to other store. juz that I like their design better. other than the delivery, I think thier service is generally good.

Their stuff from china? the Sales personnel keep telling me their Sofa were nothing like others who get their sofa from china. Got a demo showing the interior of a cutted sofa on pocketed spring, and instead of juz wooden base they have it a spring leaflet like base. haiz everyone badmouthing one another till we dun even know who is telling the truth... (maybe all are liars) Have order a L-shaped full leather sofa from them (delivery on early Apr)... will see how it goes and update here.
