  3. B2B Depending on the brands and the leather one choose, yes, most of the leather used on our sofa are from Italy. Do come visit us and i can show you around. We have got nothing to hide, unlike you, using a nick and slandering and badmounthing others. You are a shame in this forum here. After reading most of your postings here, i am seriously curious about your agenda in this forum. Do contact me personally if you have anything against our company. I would like to meet up with you and find out more from you about issues you brought out in this forum about us.   4. Hi B2B As i have reply to you in my earlier post, please visit our Keppel showroom and let me show you around. Of course we can confirm that our Calia Italia sofas are made in Italy. Again, as what you had claimed last year (in one of your post) that the sofas from our Calia Italia collections is made in China, please show proof before you make any remarks. Please be careful and get your facts right before you post here. Is that why you are just "B2B". Let the forumers here know who you really are and not just a blabbermouth. Please identify yourself first (not just B2B) before you post again. I think that is fair on issues here on where you stand and forumers here will appreciate your comment and posts here more. If you feel it is misleading, again drop by our Keppel showroom, if not i sincerely hope that you do not mislead consumers here. As i said, i do not know what you are trying to proof. Should you like to understand more about leathers, please do contact me and i will gladly take time to share with you. I sincerely want to know, quoting you 'according to FC, they buy their leather from Italy..', from whom did you hear it from and which outlet and when. To all forumers here, do email me if you would like to know more about the brands that we are representing and the types of leather used. I would reply to all your emails as soon as i could.   10. Dear all I would like to thank you all for posting your comments here. As i had said before, this is one of the ways that we can improve our Customer Service. I have put forth to all forumers to either call my office or email me so that i can help them in addressing the issues that they have. Till date i have only received only 2 calls with regards to their delivery. Let me sort out the postings here since forumers who post here have not contacted me. To put the record straight, SPECIES is not related to us in any ways. Some might see our ex-staffs there, as the director of the company used to work with us, so those who left our company, joined his company. That might be why sometimes consumers assumed that we are related. This answered to some of the forumers concern here. Jamora mentioned "Marcus" can give good prices, that is why Marcus has left the company. Service wise, we apologise if we are not to your mark. We will try to improve on all areas to meet each individual benchmark. Again, please email to me so that i can look into the matter. To Jen, please email me or call me, cause i want to know which of our sales staff made those comments about Lorenzo. To address the leather used for sofas, all i can say is 'buyer beware' , i see a lot of "Bonded Leather" and leather split used in the market. Dosen't really matter where the sofa is made, it is more on where and what leather is used. Do your homework on leather before you make your purchase. Over the years in these biz, our sales have increased tremendously and therefore we have actually received more complaints on the service and quality. We are addressing this area here diligently and i hope to see more compliments than complaints in the near future. At the meantime, do email or call me if you have certain issues that may need clarification.   13. Hi Makiy30 Thanks for the reminder, our company would also like to hear about the said experience. This is just one of the ways that we can improve our services and policies. I am sure that forumers in this forum have heard worst situations and scenarios. Wheather a company is sound or unsound, you can do an ACRA search and you can fairly well judge for yourself the credibility of a company. If i am here to do free advertising, i will not registered myself by using FC Homes, i will just act as a forumer and give positive feedbacks on the company and bad-mouthed others.(I belive there are many around) FC Homes is here because customers have actually informed us that there are certain comments made here which they find questionable. We have nothing to hide, that is why as i said before, this is another way for us to inform customers that they can either email or call me should they have any comments about us. Does that sound that we are trying to do free advertising to you, we are actually inviting more trouble for ourselves. FC Homes is here so to let forumers here knows that we are listening, be it positive or negative. We are here to clarify certain issues made about us.   14. Hi fatz With regards to your concern and concerns of all forum readers here, it is our company's policy to return all calls and emails directed to us. You will be able to email to us at enquiry@furnitureclub.sg. As our company is neither small nor very big, it is usually during the peak season that we might fail to return some calls. But we will never try to avoid any calls. I hope readers here should understand that furniture club being in the industry for the past 7 years has grown from a single showroom to 5 showrooms here in Singapore. Having said that, our sales volume had grown tremendously over the years and surely we will face with some issues and concerns from our customers. But our company had never change our name or asconded wiith deposits from our customers. We are trying our best here to deliver to our customers the best service that we can, but it dosen't take just one staff to do that. Give us your patience should you have any issues with your products as we hear you. As i have answered to Nee Savi, he can call Hermy in the Service Dept. or he can call me direct, but till date i have not heard from him. After my posting here, i have had one call from Mr Tan who is concern about his furniture as the staff who had serve him had left our company.
