I also encountered the same thing as u! Very pissed and angry that I went to NPC and the officer on duty told me "there's nothing that we can do"... Ask me to go to ICA, which I did by e-mailing them the very nite.. The whole family of buggers didn't changed their address for more than one year! Anyway, to cut the story short, the whole family of buggers (father, daughter and son) owed a lot of institutions money, both private and govt. In the end, the son and daughter finally changed thir IC address but not with the private institutions. The father bugger (Lim Peng Choon), apparently our SPF is out in force looking for him but still can't find him! But now, I have something better in hand - the son's new address! So any financial institution looking for the father bugger, I will direct to the son bugger! The son has still not changed his address with some pte institutions, so I will too, direct them to his new address, esp the one that he owes money for his car! Let them tow away his car! Anyway, word of advice. If u receive letters from govt sectors, u had better inform ICA coz it means the bugger if an ex-owner had obviously not changed his address!

Some little updates: 1) Our bookshelf and study table came today. Finally.. Now we have the old computer table to throw.. Or anyone knows of anybody who will need a small computer table? 2) Coffee table and shoe cabinet supposed to arrive btw 4pm to 6pm today but NO, it didn't! And not even a single call was made to us to tell us that the shipment was delayed until hubby got hopping mad from waiting and called up Novena to screw up the salesman. Bloody ****! And he got the cheek to tell us tat we have no choice but to wait till Mon for the shipment to come in! Hubby got very furious and told him tat if he doesn't give him a satisfactory answer on Monday, he wans the salesman to give his manager's no and hubby will call up tat manager.. 3) The Citygas water heater issue was finally resolved today! Hubby called up Citygas this morn to enquire and the customer service guy managed to fix us a slot in the evening. The serviceman came up, turned the knob and lo behold! The heater is up and working! Finally can take agood shower without having to rush thru it again! 4) Our clothes are finally unpacked and in the wardrobe le! No more searching high and low in boxes to find wat we wanna wear..

Haha.. No lah, I am fine.. Juz dun wanna "remind" jaskel of the ps3..

Yup, sold within the week that we collected! And I saw tat the PS3 topic was brought up again in fencer's thread and jaskel is feeling sad again...

Eh, we went there to buy by ourselves one lehz.. Jaskel nv went with us coz we nv requested him to go.. The sales person who served us did mentioned abt the lucky draw but told us we dun qualify.. So, when I received the call and went to collect the prize also nv ask abt the qualifying part.. Me and hubby also no good at lucky draws one... Juz heng heng this time...

Haven't go screw them up yet... Coz not sure is we dunno how to use or wat... But well, will try the method that my hubby say tonite first.. If really can't, then I am gonne smack them tomolo morn!

Hubby tried a method tonite when bathing (which was after me!).. He said okie lehz... I will try tomolo nite and post here if it works for me too..

Mine ah? The water takes very long to heat up (wate water!) and when heated up, is extremely hot.. Then bath half way will suddenly become cold water.. Dunno izzit nv read instructions manual tat's why dunno how to operate..

Yup, haven't tested yet... I have been too bz wif work coz rushing a dateline which is Fri! But will badger hubby to fix it up on Fri nite if not I will be bored during the weekend! Cleaning and unpacking still in progress, so pics will still have to wait.. Also pending some rectification works to be followed up by jaskel.. Coz he can't do work for this period of time.. But is due to us...

Anyone using Citygas water heater? We are having lots of probs with the water heater... Have to race against time to bath lorz..

Got mobile broadband lah.. So no prob.. But hubby was anxious to use the net for downloading things.. So he set up and the internet is running le..

We already living amongst all the mess le.. Tv got long story.. Prev owner no money, kenna cut off.. But jaskel brought his electrician up to join back the thing on Mon le.. Then SCV setup box got prob.. Went to change on Mon nite.. But till now haven't set up..

Still cleaning.. Bit by bit.. Very tired.. Not enough ... No internet connections and can't watch tv!

We also dunno when is the grand opening... Jaskel has had to stop his rectification works for our house tomolo due to FS things as we are moving in on Sun.. Everything are in boxes, which are now all shifted to the MBR as me and hubby went up to clean the corridor room today coz we putting our old mattress there and will be sleeping there temporarily.. This week i had been at a client's place in woodlands.. So **** far, so most days too tired to go up after work.. We tried to squeeze in mini cleaning sessions here and there.. But seems like no progress.. Looks like Fri and Sat nite will be spent at the house "camping" to do cleaning.. The whole house looks like a mess, so peeps, pai sei, can't take any pics to show yet..

Thanx lachesis! Will take pics when cleaning is completed.. Furnitures are already half in le.. No budget le, if not will get those cleaning companies and movers instead of enlisting frenz' help le..

Dun wanna think of it sia.. Clean until scared le.. Now whole house, think except for the 2 washrooms and the study room, nowwhere else can be considered as cleaned up yet.. Tat's how little we acheived during the weekend.. Kitchen encountered some problems, some have to wait for rectification before doing 2nd round of cleaning.. Jian cai ah? Planning to shift in my this coming weekend as we really wanna live in our own flat! Any one wans to help in cleaning up? Dragon dance dun have.. Doggie dance ah? Hmmm... Try and see if can train my gal by this sat to do so? Need to get the "lion head"?

Jaskel and group HO on the 10th, as said, albeit a bit late.. Spent the weekend doing cleaning (not yet finished!) and shopping for the rest of our furnitures.. And also, checking for defects.. Very very tiring.. The HO on the 10th caused jaskel to be late for his evening appt.. So pai sei lorz..

Thanx for the link, jaskel.. I muz really comment on the little touch-ups here and there that jaskel and his team has done for us.. Like the painting of the corridor walls surrounding our windows and main door.. Didn't even noticed till I saw the pics and went back to the house to see properly.. Think not a lot of contractors or IDs will make such efforts to do these.. Not to mention all the favours that hubby and me always asking from u.. Your help has been greatly appreciated!
