Juz a little update regarding the upset over the ex-owners not updating their residential address after a year.. I called up the 3 banks, LTA and Power Supply to tell them that those idiots are not living there anymore and seems to be owing not only one bank money.. I even wrote an e-mail to lodge a complain with ICA and an officer has been assigned the case. Now waiting for answers.. If I am not able to get a satisfactory answer by next week, I will be visiting the MP during the meet-the-people session to make noise le.. The last resort will be to plaster their names and car plates number outside our unit and at the lift to show people that these shameless idiots are not living there le. If nothing works, think next would be the press le..

Yah, from SP Services, demanding payment of $4k plus! And also banks for demand of payments.. Calling those agencies up tomolo, one by one.. Already sent an e-mail to lodge a complain with ICA and my hubby will follow by a personal visit to ICA a couple of days later to make a formal complain. I dun have the previous owner's NRIC and name coz the flat had been bought directly from HDB under the Oct '09 sale of balance flats.. But I will make sure they wun get away with it for not changing their residential address!

So angry today.. Went to our new house to open the mailbox and found the ex-owners' letters being sent there! Letters, small case rite, most will think. But no, the letters that are sent there are from LTA and banks chasing the bloody ex-owners for payments (banks) and renewal of road tax. Power supply also sent letters to tat address for last payment of a few thousands of dollars! WTF! We are going to the police station later with all those letters and lodge a police report against the previous owner and his family for not changing their address after almost one year! Wat we are most worried now is that those bloody assholes will be desperate for money and borrow from loansharks!

yup, bought the 50" plasma tv due to some reasons.. long long story.. mine only 4 room flat.. but living room can be considered as longish ba.. think can fit the 50" tv and still put the sofa at a comfortable distance away..

RHB's promotional rate is 3% per annum, until end of may 2010, if i didn't remb wrongly..

went up juz now to check on the progress of the renovation. Common toilet tiling seems to be completed (Jaskel, correct me if i am wrong). MBR tiling still ongoing, wall tiles 3/4 way up le, flooring not done yet. Actually, we had not even seen carefully enough, until the pics tat jaskel posted shows that the tiles run nicely in a straight line, unlike some homes with tiles not in line.. Jaskel, got a qn to ask.. Wat are the small tag like pieces of papers in between the wall tiles for?
