Anyway, juz an update regarding my complaint to ICA abt the ex house owners. An ICA officer called me today and tell me 2 of the 3 persons have already changed their address, one of which was recent, which i guess is coz her car's road tax is expiring next fri! The 3rd one, has not changed and ICA will be taking "appropriate actions" against him. Will e-mail them and ask in 2 week, if no news from them tat the idiot has changed his address..

Coz ended up u and me happened to be on the forum at the same timing ma, so arrange here lah.. The electrician came again today? hardworking lehz.. think our reno a bit slow down coz of the plumbing works.. Dun worry, this time round, we will choose the colours and let u know on fri, so tat u can advise us on the laminates..
