No lah, coz muz scan the stupid letter from the companies to ICA then ICA will send the letters out.. Been pre-occupied recently, so nv went to SPF yet..

Me? Haven't found time to go to SPF yet.. Will be getting ICA and SPF to send the letters shd I receive anymore next mth..

Well said, darkfear! Sometimes, I think ppl will nv understand the "so-called" extreme measures that we, the victims are taking as they are not in our shoes..

Haha.. Darkfear, can employ u for FOC to do the complain for me? But I dun understand why other banks can do it, juz not these 2 particular banks.. U mean I shd get a police report and send to the banks? U managed to get the SPF to write "for SPF's action" arh? Wondering if I can get the SPF to charge the father bugger for not changing his IC address..

I need to check with my dad the exact location first. Will PM when I get hold of the address..

Thanx! ICA there, if next mth still receive those **** letters, I will definitely get ICA to write to them! That is, on top of calling the banks and asking to speak to the branch manager to complain abt his/her staffs.. U managed to get SPF to take actions against Samson? How?! I think I need to call ICA and check on the progress of their manhunt of the bugger father.. And will push SPF to take actions against the bugger once he surfaces! Rest assure that I will not stop until the father bugger gets his desserts too! Think it is time for me and hubby to pay a visit to the SPF and lodge a report to paste outside my house saying that those buggers are not staying here anymore!

Had been irritated by the non-stop letters from Sing Investment and Hong Leong Finance for the bloody buggers who refused to change address.. I called up SI when I received their letter and gave the lady who picked up the call a good scolding early morn sometime abt 2 weeks back.. Can u imagine that when I told them I am the new owner and she got the cheek to tell me "Oh, we can't change address if the hirer does not write in." Blood boil sia.. Told her tat they were **** inefficient as I had written in and called in many time to inform them tat the idiot has shifted.. Gave the lady the ultimate and told her I wanna speak to the manager then she begrudgingly took down the new address.. Wat the ****?! Opened my letterbox and saw the latest letter from HLF and called them yest.. Transferred my call from one person to another, until I was referred to the person who wrote in.. Her colleague left her a msg to call me back but she didn't do so.. Had to bloody **** call back and ask for the lady and the 1st thing I ask her was "I thot u are supposed to return my call?!" Anyway, told her the same old story of how I have wrote and called to say the bugger had shifted and apparently nobody took me seriously.. I asked the lady if the bank will stop sending the letters and she "promised" to do so.. I even asked her if she wants me to ask ICA to issue them wif a "warning letter" that the bugger has shifted.. And she told me quickly tat no need.. Let's see if these 2 banks will still send letters next mth.. I have planned my next course of action to take if this happens..

Hi, anyone engaged pest control services for termites before? Wat is the estimated cost?

I also think like tat.. Will take some pics and post for help asap... Termites ah, not sure.. Only knew abt it when jason told us.. He said prob in the MBR.. Luckily our bed has not come in yet..

Hee.. Partly was settling in but mainly coz no internet access as i was at client's place.. If not u will see me posting during the day.. Regarding the bugger, best part abt the NRO thing when I enquire, my ICA officer says it is up to the SPF if they wanna charge him.. But, apparently, SPF has already made him a "wanted" man now.. Juz tat SPF is super "efficient" after not catching him for 3 mths.. Let's monitor the situation and update each other if we wanna go for the meet-the-MP session!

Some little updates.. 1) Common toilet problem was unresolved as of last Sat, coz jason said our downstairs neighbour complained again.. 2) Jason and team found 2 small termites! **** it! Hope he can find the termites' nest and destroy it.. 3) Further updates and pics tonite.. Stay tuned!

My lazy hubby say the stains still okie lah, dun need scrub.. I will take a pic later tonite and post..

Or better still, get your ICA officer to write to Eurohub to inform them that the bugger has already shifted! That's what my officer in charge offered.. Did you guys persisted in calling the officer in charge, like i did? For my side, think the most irritating and most persistent bank is S**g Investment.. *keeping fingers crossed that no more else!* I called up and told them off, saying they are **** inefficient and "kindly" given them the bugger's address.. The lady refused to take down at 1st. Told me they can't change address till the person writes in.. wat the ****?! Only when I told her I wanna speak to her manager then she unhappily took down the address.. If I receive any more letters from S**g Investment next mth, I will be calling to speak to the manager and making complains abt the 2 staff that I spoke to previously and tell him/her that I will get ICA to issue them a "warning".. I will be monitoring the situation before resorting to go for meet-the-MP session.. At least yr situation slightly better than mine, on the sense that the guy has changed his address on his IC... Mine, the bugger father has not!

High tech? Dun let my hubby see this sia... Later he tell me tat.. I scrubbed le, but no effect... Think muz ask hubby scrub le..

@ fencer: How did u/ yr wife got rid of the stains on the dish drainer rack ah? Mine also kena stains le.. Think coz nv washed after draining the dishes..

Bought under the group buy @ $450. Alarm ah? Dun have lah... My doggie is our alarm! She scares off ppl wif her barking! If have cut on your finger, think unless u put plaster over the cut, otherwise, no problem ba.. To be safe and kiasu, me and hubby have 2 diff sets of fingerprint records done up..
