It's not a new air-con unit, but was newly installed as prev owner nv left any air-con.. Yah, the flooring is affected, but luckily only a small portion, so not so bad..

Coz he need to arrange wif his air-con ppl to come up to see the water leakage prob in our MBR.. Think maybe timing not fixed yet ba.. The water leakage prob giving jaskel a lot of headaches coz unable to find the source.. The things not rectified one not big probs lah, so nv chase after him..

Despite some little rectification works not completed yet, me and hubby decided to go ahead with our housewarming after shifting in for 2 mths plus.. Packed weekends for tomolo, this Sun and next Sat! Most prob at least one more round of housewarming on hubby's side after these 2 weekends.. Going to be **** tired..

It's raining havily and wif all of us being at work, can't monitor if the MBR vinyl flooring will be wet or not..

Haha.. Tat one ah.. Pai sei.. But the area below the rubbish chute which was re-done, peeling again.. Hubby "tested" last nite by wetting the area wif clean water only, and start to peel again.. Haiz.. Dunno why keep happening.. Izzit the house problem?

The pest ctrl guys came and went off after a round of inspection.. No termites or termites trail spooted, so no prevention can be done.. Spent $90 to "buy" some peace of mind.. But the pest ctrl guys say that the vinyl flooring skirting gaps shd be sealed as the gaps are going to allow insects to breed, especially beneath.. So, jaskel, need yr help on this.. @ jaskel - will be PM-ing u later on a couple of small issues which we noted..

The pest control coming after 2pm, so shd be home by then ba..
