Nope, didn't get him to go wif us during house inspection coz we didn't know him yet.. But I think it will have been so much better if he went along..

I think not so much workers ba, coz they still need to have money.. More of house owners, esp those of us who see FS ones.. Tat's why I hope to shift in b4 aug..

Went up for a little inspection today by ourselves and saw that window grilles for corridor room and living room is up already. The tiles tat we had made a little complain abt were re-done up nicely already, along with skirtings tat jaskel got the tiler to re-do.. Plumbing done and part of the bathroom accessories were up. Juz a little hiccup, as we also didn't seperate the common and MBR toilet accessories properly.. Wrong showerhead in common toilet but tat can easily be resolved.. Juz change over nia.. But, jaskel, yr plumber really blur lehz (abt the matter hubby called to complain in the afternoon).. Waiting for the rest of the window grilles to be up.. Oh, like to mention that we both like the MBR toilet sliding door! -> Jaskel, hubby will call u and let u know somethings that he wans to be rectified.. Looking forward to next week, when the painting is in progress and can see the effect of the colour scheme choosen.. With the end nearing soon, jaskel, can I ask my FSM for a date to move in?

They will usually lay protection on the parts that u are not changing to protect..

My guess? To see what other ID/ contractors are charging.. So far, i only noticed one very "vocal" club.. Jaskel has declined the offer of starting a club for him le..

Jaskel, hubby juz told me when he went up yest, he noticed that a small piece of the bottom of the living room wall near the main door was chipped off lehz.. can help us to cover the hole?

Opps, my mistake.. Ya, luckily u guys were there.. If not installed le, me and hubby will be staring blankly at the window grilles and looking at each other, wondering "is this our house?" Btw, would u be showing us the interiors of the carpentry stuffs?

This was done by the prev owner, which we left it as it is to save costs.. We are not painting yellow thou.. hee..
