Wanna dig also can't le.. Coz u all have put the protection over the floorings le.. Is the problem patch of flooring re-done le? Coz we can't tell with the protection on top.. Jaskel, where can we find the light bulbs for the dining area lights? Another tube blow le..

That's precisely wat we are worried abt.. These ppl thinks they can get away with not changing their residential address, but too bad, they met someone who wun tolerate this!

My flat was bought directly from HDB, so no contact details of the previous owner and his family. The first time I received their letters from various institutions, including govt bodies, I opened up all the letters and called up all the institutions to tell them to stop sending as the bloody a.s.s.h.o.l.e.s have shifted one year ago and never changed their address. Next, I wrote a lengthy e-mail to ICA to lodge a complain against the persons whose letters were sent to my new house. They were quick to response after me and hubby took turns to call the officer assigned to our complaint. But till date, the bloody father has not been traced yet. The ICA officer told me he is now on theirs and the police's WANTED list. Our next step is to write "MOVED" along with a message on the envelopes to show our irritation at getting those ppl's mails. Not sure how effective it will be.. Our next next step will be to open up all the letters after the above has been done but we still receive letters and juz throw away. Since those ppl can't be bothered to change their address, obviously those letters are not impt.. I even call up a bank twice and told the officer "yr company shd juz tow away the person's car as he obviously is not gonna pay u!". Juz to share my knowledge: Anyone who has shifted out and not changed their address within 28 days, has committed an offence under the National Registration Act and can be prosecuted. So, go ahead and report to ICA if u receive the previous owners' letters from GOVT agencies as it means that they have not changed their address.

Well, I definitely keeping my fingers crossed that it will be lasting enough..
