    Actually all listed price are marked up for high profit. If you have the time, go down to 1-2 neighbour hood shops take pricing for models you want, then go mega discount store etc to bargain. If the price you give them is genuine, they will match. Same with audio house. End of the day, go source for lowest price then goto mds or audiohouse to purchase for better quality aftersales IMO.

    Bro, Any idea if the invisible grill can be installed horizontally? Meaning we don't need to stretch it over the entire window, only need to put the grill on 1/3 of the bottom, this way i still can clean the windows. I'm installing this grill for my baby actually, and the occasional visits by my nephew and nieces, what do you guys think of my idea to install only over 1/3 of the window?

    Hi Bros/Sis, I'm getting my keys to my house next week, which is actually well renovated and move in condition. The only problem I have is I need windows grill installed. Does anyone know of any reputable grill installer who don't charge a castle for a few pieces of matter, and do a good job not to destroy my existing renovation? Also, those who installed window grill on your pre-existing window, how long does it take for measurement to installation to completion for just the living room?

    Hi, Mega Discount Store having a discount on ELBA EWF1071N. Any pals out there using ELBA washing machine? Good? Bad? How about water usage and electricity? The sales man demonstrated well on the set but not sure whether I should consider ELBA (which I believe is italian brand), compared to those mainstream brands. Appreciate help!

    Don't understand... so meaning if the NEW OWNER, who allows extension after completion, collects rent for the extension from the SELLER... it is illegal, isn't it? Only if they do not collect rent, then it will be legal?

    sorry but wouldn't collecting rent would then be breaking the law since you will be renting it out before min occupying period.
