  1. Alpha 718/3b-hg. Methinks it's the only hugger ceiling fan that Alpha produces. lightings. com. sg has it
  2. I got mine at $1,900 at the expo home furnishing fair earlier this month. A queen-sized Maxcoil latex bed (pedic 1) with storage bedframe.
  3. I also have just got a Maxcoil mattress (Pedic 1) and the storage bed frame last Sat in the Home Furnishings Fair @ Expo. I wasn't even considering this brand initially and was concentrating only on the big names - Simmons, Serta, Sealy and Slumberland. Then I tried out Maxcoil for fun and it felt just immediately right. Of course it didn't hurt that the price is half of Simmons'! I left Expo smiling that day
  4. w w w. s t u d i o 1 9 6 1. c o m. s g has got leather sofa beds listed in their selections. Dun think that the size can accommodate 2 persons to sleep though, but better to verify with them directly.
  5. s t u d i o 1961. com. sg offers 7 days money back guarantee and they'd sent me the pics of actual finished products, which look quite good. They also claim that they only use full italian leather and not half/pvc/bonded leathers. Will post the pics that I got from them from home as cannot upload things from office comp.
  6. Interesting... was never aware that Picket & Rail carries replicas of modern furnitures as well. ben1977, do let us know how the quality is if you indeed are going down to take a look I am sourcing for good replicas as well and am considering Lush or s t u d i o 1961. com. sg now. The prices in the latter are good, but they don't have any showroom, so am a bit hesitant.
  7. I just met up with one of their project coordinators - Randy. Still awaiting for the quotation to arrive. First impression's good, the guy sounds knowledgeable.
  8. IKEA? They have small two seaters at $199 I believe.
  9. Yes, am keen too. PM me or email me at susan2209@gmail.com.
  10. Thanks for the inputs given so far. I googled this up earlier and there is this thing called "floating parquet flooring" mentioned, which basically means that the installation is the same as click-lock mechanism that the laminate flooring used and does not require glue down. Has anyone heard of this before, and is this the same as the vinyl wood flooring that jaskel mentioned?
  11. Reason is because I don't have the luxury of 2-3 weeks to wait for the glue to dry before the polishing/varnishing. Working on a rather tight timeline. I've thought of laminate flooring, but I prefer the real wood feeling and don't really like the hollow sound that goes out from the laminate floor. Appreciate any inputs from any of you! Thanks.
  12. (My virginal post) I dealt at $295K+33K COV for a 3I corner well-renovated 70sqm unit at Jalan Bt. Merah. Will be exercising the OTP today!
